Ontario's Health Minister Deb Matthews said Thursday there are no plans to limit OHIP coverage of caesarean section procedures.
In an announcement made Wednesday, Matthews suggested that mothers seeking a non-emergency C-section may soon have had to pay for them out of their own pockets.
A study says helmets should be worn during winter sports to prevent head injuries. The study, which was conducted by researchers from Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute, looked at three types of helmets the bicycle, hockey and ski helmets.
