Social Media Week continued in Toronto on Tuesday with 20 events surrounding the day's theme "a community within." A panel of experts discussed the use of social media in customer service at an event held at the SAS institue and the tweet2hold tree continued to grow at Entrinsics, the hosts of Social Media Week Toronto. Humber Reporters Dylan MacKenzie and Emily Innes reported.
