Former Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi has been reported dead. Reports were confirmed by Libyan Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril.

Olympic bid may happen in Toronto for 2024 | Print |

A prominent Toronto businessman is urging the city to bid on the 2024 Summer Olympics, after the city's successful Pan American Games bid.

The word of proposed bid by Bob Richardson surfaced Monday, just three months after Rob Ford vetoed a proposal for the 2020 games.

While the decision was based on cost concerns, Coun.Kristyn Wang Tam says it would enrich the city.

Reporters Samina Esha and Samar Ismail went to City Hall to get the reaction of Torontonians.
